We require a 60-day minimum rental. Some exceptions may be considered. The maximum rental period is four months (January – April).
Once the Glades Board approves your paid application and you sign our rental agreement, the total rental fee for your entire stay, the cleaning fee, and the security deposit are due at least one month before your initial rental date. Once paid, no refunds will be granted unless we rent the condo to another for the same duration as your signed agreement.

Larry & Barb T.Amazing in so many ways …
This place is awesome … from the beautiful two bedroom condo (with so many extras), 12 brand new pickle ball courts, beautiful golf courses on site, breathtaking bike trails, activities every evening either at the club house or “19th Hole” bar/restaurant, bocce ball, shuffle board, corn hole, Sunday morning brunch (with Prime Rib), happy hour every afternoon, and so MANY pools to choose from! The beaches are a very close drive, there are many close restaurants nearby, there’s a Publix and Walmart just down the block (within walking distance), and our hosts were so very accommodating. They could be reached right away for any questions, and replied promptly. We will definitely be back, but will be staying longer next time!Thank you Keith and Lori for sharing your slice of heaven with us!!!!!

We had the good fortune to rent residence #1 at 224 Palm Drive, Naples Florida for the month of November, 2024. All we can say is that it was "Awesome"! The owners, Lori and Keith, prepared for all our needs making our stay exceptionally welcome! The beautifully decorated residence is very clean and modern with brand new appliances. The living area is spacious and functional. It has more than ample high quality pots/pans, cutlery, dishes, towels, etc. It is located in a safe, quiet area with very friendly neighbours. WalMart and the Publix grocery store (along with other amenities) are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The unit is part of the Glades Golf and Country Club. As such we were entitled to golf on their immaculate,absolutely stunning golf courses (both regular and par 3 courses) at a very affordable rate. The staff at both the course and clubhouse were professional and hospitable. The patrons were all very friendly, making us feel wery comfortable and welcome in the complex. All I can say is we look forward to returning next year! Thank you Lori and Keith!

Absolutely! Unlimited golf after 12:00 PM on two immaculately maintained beautiful 18-hole golf courses: The Palmetto (executive) & The Pines. There is only a $95 fee to play 18 holes on The Pines Course (compared to $250-$350 a round in season on any comparable course). The fee is $47.50 to play 9 holes. Cart rental is $20. The Palmetto green fee is $47.50 for 18 holes. Walking, which is allowed, is free of charge. Many people walk both courses.
Yes! Pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce ball courts are all available to renters at no cost.
