A Home Away From Home
This is our fifth-year renting at Coquina Cove in condo #209. We fly in from New Jersey and it is approximately a 40-minute drive from Fort Meyers airport to Coquina Cove. We start thinking about our stay right after the holidays! The beach, Lowdermilk Park, is about a 4-minute walk. The park is very well cared for with a snack bar and restroom facilities. The condo is well stocked with paper goods, sheets, blankets, kitchen utensils, appliances, glasses, dishware, etc. The condo has all the amenities necessary for a very pleasant stay. It is in very good shape, clean, a pleasure to rent and is comfortable. We spend time at the beach and then totally enjoy spending the afternoon at the heated pool. The grounds at Coquina Cove are very well maintained and you are sure to see a manatee/ porpoise by the poolside. Bill and Carol are only a text or email away to answer any questions or concerns. Before retiring, my husband was a realtor and says that this condo has what you want-location, location, location! A paradise of restaurants, water, and sunsets. Book this condo today!

I have rented this Condo for the past 5 years and wish I could go back in 2025 ! However due to some personal issues I am not able to go - But hope to return next year I always love my time in Naples - the condo has all the comforts of home but in paradise - just pack your toothbrush and swimsuit ! Everyone is so welcoming. The location is perfect- 1/2 block to the gulf , walking distance to stores and restaurants only a short car ride to 5th Ave. I don’t even have to rent a car when I’m there - I usually just Uber.
