Enjoy it all in our beautiful canal home with easy Gulf access located mid-island in the desirable Glenview neighborhood on Ft Myers Beach. Explore the Gulf with your own boat (up to 50 feet in length) from your own dock, and walk to the sugar-white beach down a quiet street in less than 5 minutes. Comfortable, modern accommodations include 2 handicapped-accessible bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor, with an additional large master king suite upstairs. All king beds! 3 full bathrooms!
The main floor master has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with new upscale shower and 2 person sink. The guest room on the main floor has a king that can be converted to 2 twins on request. Both downstairs bedrooms have new Purple brand mattresses. There is a laundry room and an additional full bath on the main floor, as well as the kitchen and family room. The covered lanai with tv next to the newly restored private, heated pool will be your favorite spot for relaxing and dining for up to 8 people. A new fold out queen sofa bed in the main family room can sleep guest number 7 and 8. Extras include heated pool, new grill, private outdoor hot/cold shower, wine bar, and plenty of beach toys. Eat in kitchen seats 4. Additional dining in lanai space. Smart TVs in every bedroom, family room, and lanai. We love streaming music on the lanai!

The newly rehabilitated sugar sand beach is an easy walk 3 blocks away with deeded access for the Glenview neighborhood. Our neighbors walk to the beach every night for sunset cocktails.

You’ll love the neighborhood, our wonderful neighbors, and having your own comfortable, quiet, coastal space. The outdoor shower is an addictive and relaxing upgrade that we fell in love with on our adventures in Hawaii. The quiet neighborhood is relaxing and friendly, with long term owners. This is why we require ages 26 and up take responsibility for the rental contract and be present during the entire stay.
The beach is just a short stroll, as are the wonderfully remodeled and reopened restaurants: Junkanoo and Fresh Catch Bistro both within 2 blocks. Publix is within walking distance. No car is needed with plenty of Uber drivers whenever you venture out further. We’ve taken this opportunity (Hurricane Ian!) to make doorways handicapped accessible, make the kitchen larger, and add special touches like a wine bar and outdoor shower. Enjoy our future retirement home as your own!

Fort Myers Beach has recovered nicely from Hurricane Ian, which struck the island nearly 4 years ago. Many great restaurants are open, with new ones opening every week. Our home is within walking distance of Fresh Catch Bistro and Junkanoo Below Deck, as well as Publix grocery. Get to the beach through a deeded access point for our neighborhood just a quiet, 5 minute stroll from the house. The island is beautiful once again, and this place has it all!

We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful home on Fort Myers Beach in late August. From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, a beautiful pool, and some truly amazing views—especially the sunsets. We enjoyed relaxing at the house, a visit to the beach, and being so close to restaurants and other amenities. The peaceful, quiet setting made it an especially enjoyable place to unwind and spend time with family.Our host was great during our stay— helpful, responsive, and very easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out were simple and convenient, and we always felt that our questions or needs would be taken care of. We are very thankful for the opportunity to stay at Sea Daze and create some great memories.We would happily return and would certainly recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, peaceful, and well-located place to enjoy Fort Myers Beach.

My sisters 4 of 5 of us were able to stay at Sea Daze for 10 days we had the most amazing time the house is beautiful and accommodated 9 of us comfortably. We used the pool everyday and it is a short walk to the Gulf. We cooked most of our meals at the house which was well equipped and also used the grill. Took a couple of day trips to Sanibel and Captiva which is a short drive away. We are so thankful for the memories we made! And hope to come back next year.

Enjoyed our time at Seadaze. The home was clean and spacious ! The pool was great as well. Having a boat dock at the house was a great addition. We also brought our e-bikes and enjoyed riding the island. The traffic is very heavy and makes it hard to get off the island to restaurants. So having the boat and bikes made other options to get around. We ended up cooking most of the time to avoid long trips to get food. A huge plus was having Public’s a couple blocks away. Visited there ALOT ! Also the beach was beautiful and it was only a 8-10 minute walk. The sunsets were incredible !!

All funds including the deposit will be refunded if canceled within 30 days of your reservation date. If less than 30 days, funds will be returned if the property can be re-rented.
The boat lift , dock, and seawall were replaced in October 2025. You are welcome to moor boats at the dock. The lift is not available.
We purchased a cabin cruiser boat and are keeping it on our boat lift. We ask that your party does not enter the boat or operate the lift. Owners reserve the right to utilize the boat and locked garage at any time with notice. We will contact the renter prior to arriving and using the boat during your stay. We will park on the side, gravel driveway, out of your way, and will not enter the home or interrupt your stay in any way. We will say hello if you choose!
We will provide current renters the option to rebook for the following year during their stay before offering it to others. We have some happy customers! THis generally means you can book your first rental 11 months in advance.
