The main floor master has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with new upscale shower and 2 person sink. The guest room on the main floor has a king that can be converted to 2 twins on request. Both downstairs bedrooms have new Purple brand mattresses. There is a laundry room and an additional full bath on the main floor, as well as the kitchen and family room. The covered lanai with tv next to the newly restored private, heated pool will be your favorite spot for relaxing and dining for up to 8 people. A new fold out queen sofa bed in the main family room can sleep guest number 7 and 8. Extras include heated pool, new grill, private outdoor hot/cold shower, wine bar, and plenty of beach toys. Eat in kitchen seats 4. Additional dining in lanai space.

The outdoor shower is an addictive and relaxing upgrade that we fell in love with on our adventures in Hawaii. The quiet neighborhood is relaxing and friendly. The beach is just a short stroll, as are the wonderfully remodeled and reopened restaurants: Junkanoo and Fresh Catch Bistro both within 2 blocks. Publix is within walking distance. No car is needed with plenty of Uber drivers whenever you venture out further. We’ve taken this opportunity (Hurricane Ian!) to make doorways handicapped accessible, make the kitchen larger, and add special touches like a wine bar. Enjoy our future retirement home as your own!

Fort Myers Beach is recovering nicely from Hurricane Ian, which struck the island 3 years ago. Many restaurants are open, with new ones opening every week. Our home is within walking distance of Fresh Catch Bistro and Junkanoo Below Deck, as well as Publix grocery. Get to the beach through a deeded access point for our neighborhood just a quiet, 5 minute stroll from the house. The island is beautiful once again, and this place has it all!

Enjoyed our time at Seadaze. The home was clean and spacious ! The pool was great as well. Having a boat dock at the house was a great addition. We also brought our e-bikes and enjoyed riding the island. The traffic is very heavy and makes it hard to get off the island to restaurants. So having the boat and bikes made other options to get around. We ended up cooking most of the time to avoid long trips to get food. A huge plus was having Public’s a couple blocks away. Visited there ALOT ! Also the beach was beautiful and it was only a 8-10 minute walk. The sunsets were incredible !!

The boat lift , dock, and seawall were replaced in October 2025. You are welcome to moor boats at the dock. The lift is not available.
We may be purchasing a boat and keeping it on our boat lift. We ask that your party does not enter the boat or operate the lift. Owners will contact the renter prior to accessing the boat during your stay. If we need to access our boat, we will park on the side driveway, out of your way and will not enter the home or interrupt your stay in any way.
