The condo is equipped with all semi new appliances, and new mattress in the Main Bedroom. The living room has state of the art HDTVs, wireless internet, and is supported by Hotwire Communications. The kitchen is smallish, but fully equipped for all of your cooking and in house dining needs.
The condo is available for rent currently from January 2-April 16th of 2025, and we do have openings for this fall and winter as well. The homeowner’s association requires at least a 30 day minimum rental. For rentals that are 2 months, we offer 1 week FREE RENT, meaning the paid stay must be at least 2 months to earn your free week.
We love the amenities at Bridgewater Bay, as there are 2 swimming pools, many beautiful walking paths, pickleball and tennis courts, and a fitness center at the Clubhouse. The community is gated and very safe, in the lovely neighborhood of North Naples, and just 5 short miles to the nearest Beaches—Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park.

The State of Florida charges a sales/rental/revenue tax AND a tourist tax. These total 12.5 percent and are billed based on the Gross Rental amount (not incl the fees). Owner offers flexible payment options as outlined in the owner and tenant lease agreement.
Upon lease signing a refundable $600 deposit is due in full. This is refunded w/in 15 days after your rental and return of the keys.
All rental must be paid in full no later than 75 days prior to arrival.
