Things to do; Play on the 2 new tennis courts and 2 pickle ball courts or try your hand on the shuffleboard court. Enjoy the bird estuary on site. Barbecue areas outfitted with gas grills, tables, and chairs. Rent a boat or kayak or charter a fishing trip at the marina across the street. Visit Lovers Key State Park, only 2 miles away, or day trip to Sanibel Island, Everglades or take the ferry to Key West.

Great location. Right on the beach. Heated pool. One of the few condo complexes in Fort Myers Beach that is completely up and running since Hurricane Ian over 2 years ago. Santini Marina Plaza right across the street. Stores and restaurants starting to open up there again. Condo is an efficiency apartment. Great space for a couple like us. Place was bright and clean. Worked out perfect for us. Frank and Carol, the owners, were so nice! Checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed which we did! Would definitely recommend this property!
