We are offering our elegant and spacious, fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Villa located on a lovely private Naples community of Walden Oaks. Entering the charming “Walden Oaks” community you will come across the large lake with an Island heated-pool, bordered by tall and lovely palm trees. Next to the pool is the renovated clubhouse and tennis courts and pickle ball court in a lovely shaded setting.

This wonderful Villa has an elegant foyer leading to a spacious social area, volume ceilings, arched and bay windows, a large sunny master suite, lovely guest room, ceiling fans in every room (including the lanai), air conditioning, a double garage and a cobblestone path which leads to a private rear patio garden surrounded by mature landscaping and oak trees.

Our home is decorated in neutral wall and carpet colors with nice furniture, wall, and accessory accents for comfort and enjoyment of guests.

The master suite has a nice view at the rear garden, queen-size bed, double dresser, a huge walk-in closet, and a large shower.

The guest room has two twin beds and a large closet with bi-fold doors. An adjacent guest bath includes a full-size tub with shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped, includes refrigerator-freezer with ice-maker, hobs and oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and waste disposal. The breakfast area has table & seats four.

The living room has a large sofa, two swivel armchairs , TV and full internet service, a central table and one end table. The elegant dining area has a large glass top table and four chairs.

The screened lanai with ceiling fan, is equipped with three seat sofa, two chairs and lights is adjacent to the living room through huge sliding glass doors.

The villa also has a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer with Ironing equipment.

Walden Oaks is located on Airport road, between Pine Ridge Road and Orange Blossom Road in north Naples, this area is considered the most central and convenient for all parts of the town.
