Our lovely home is located in Deltona Fl, which is 30 minutes to Daytona Beach or North Orlando! The home offers an open floor plan to the spacious kitchen and living area. Don't miss out on family time with the open space. Also has an area where if you need to catch up to some work you can do so.
Master bedroom offers on suite with king size bed, 2nd room has a queen bed, and 3rd room has a full size futon. All bedrooms equipped with smart tvs! 2nd bathroom has bathtub.
Open the living room sliders to the lake view with a covered patio area. A bar table on the fence offers a nice breakfast area under the tree. A newly installed raised deck area has rockers for you just to have a relaxing coffee and watch the ducks & cranes swim or fly by. Don't forget your fishing rod to catch some fish.
The home also has a sense of seclusion with an empty lot to the right and a canal separating the neighbor to the left. Fire pit area for those chilly evenings makes it so cozy.
Home offers washer and dryer, however the garage is closed off so it is not available for car storage.

Area Information

Deltona is approximately 30 minutes south of Daytona Beach and 30 minutes north of Orlando. It's in the middle of it all without the headache of traffic and hustle like in most cities. 1.5 miles from a Publix grocery, 2 miles to Dunkin Donuts and a pharmacy. Close to many local state parks for instance Green Springs park, Gemini Springs, Blue Spring, and Wekiwa Springs. that offers so much natural beauty.

The amusement parks like Disney World, is about 55 minutes away and Universal Studios is 40 minutes away in case you wanted to go by.
