This was our second time staying at this property and it won’t be the last. The house is meticulously maintained, cleaned and organized. The communication is also top notch, with fast responses and easy interactions. Check in and check out was a breeze and parking was plenty since street parking was allowed and the garage was also available.

Jewa L.A great place for a ladies weekend or retreat
Wow! Wow! Wow! Each year for the past 6 years, I have hosted a women's retreat in Kissimmee. We get a big house, fix great food, have wonderful conversations and enjoy our time together. We don't go out to any of the area attractions, so the space we occupy is of great importance.Over the years, we have retreated at a different house (with mixed reviews) and Big Ralph's villa is amongst the best, if not the best we have had the pleasure of experiencing.Ralph and Debra have curated a wonderful home that is comfortable, super clean, stylish, well stocked and well organized. Good vibes all around.Their attention to detail and personalized touches are stellar and they don't "nickel and dime" you for use of the BBQ grill and heating the saltwater spa and pool. They are definitely a class act. Without question, we will be back next year! Thank you, again!

This property exceeded all expectations! Every detail has been carefully thought out, making it the ideal space for any gathering. We hosted my mother’s 90th birthday celebration here, and it was absolutely perfect. The home is exceptionally well-stocked and maintained, with every amenity a renter could possibly need or want. The entertainment spaces were spacious and welcoming, while the sleeping arrangements were more than what was needed to accommodate all the guests!Debra, promptly responded to all our questions and went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests with professionalism and kindness. Her attention to detail and willingness to ensure everything was perfect truly made this experience seamless and stress-free.I cannot recommend this property highly enough—it’s the perfect venue for creating unforgettable memories with family and friends!

Loved my stay here! It was clean, spacious and well stocked with necessities. The surrounding area is great. Even though the house has a pool and jacuzzi, it is walking distance to the amenity center where there is a lazy river, restaurant, store and more. 8 of us were able to have our own room and there was plenty of space to gather and hang out together. I highly recommend this property and can’t wait to stay there again! We all loved it!
