: Johanna and Stephen are a wife and husband team (pictured above on a trip to Sydney, Australia). We have our own villa in Kissimmee and also manage the reservations for over 80 other private villa owners near Disney and in Cape Coral. We have been managing villa reservations for over 15 years. We have many repeat guests and as you can see from our calendars each villa will have many reservations in place.

All our calendars are updated daily so if it is showing available then it will be.

We respond to every enquiry we receive, normally within a few hours unless we are having a day out, then it may take upto 12 hours. We ask for your patience, we will respond.

Every villa we manage is fully equipped with everything you will need including air con throughout, private pool, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, bed linens, towels etc. For Kissimmee/Davenport villas, Disney is less 20 minutes away (some villas are 5 minutes away) and Universal 25 minutes.
For Cape Coral villas you will be in the heart of Cape Coral.
Pool heat is an optional extra at your chosen villa. Please enquire about the rate.
Please note we have a strict policy of NO SMOKING in every villa (smoking is allowed on the pool deck).
Some villas are pet friendly, this will clearly be shown on the listing.

Before your arrival the villa will have been professionally cleaned.
