About the host
: We're Anne & Tim Lyons, owners of the Ocean State School of Gymnastics in Lincoln Rhode Island have been married and in business together since 1980. Visiting friends in the Fort Myers Beach area for the past 35 years has given us an affection to the area and have always wanted to purchase a condo on the beach for personal use a few times a year as well as for investment purposes. We have been landlords in RI for the past 40 years and have decided to move our property investing south. We have been looking at possible properties in the area for years and believe we've found our gem.

This is our second time staying at this condo. The host keeps it in impeccable condition. They were so easy to work with. The view from the room is spectacular. Walk right into the beach. Sunsets are amazing!
