The early morning light spreads across Estero Bay in shades of amber and gold. A dolphin surfaces near the shore. A manatee drifts past the balcony. The Gulf shimmers in the distance beyond Lovers Key State Park. And you haven't left your 12th floor corner balcony yet. This is what mornings look like at this beautifully appointed Lovers Key Resort condo — and they stay this good all day long.
With approximately 800 sq ft of living space, floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living area, a spa-style bathroom with a jetted corner tub and oversized glass walk-in shower, a king bed, and a corner balcony with outdoor dining for 4, this unit delivers a genuinely luxurious retreat on one of Southwest Florida's most coveted resort properties.
Please note: this condo is privately owned and not managed by Sunstream Hotels & Resorts, the resort's on-site management company.
THE SPACE
Floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living area frame a multi-directional view — Estero Bay off the balcony, Black Island and Lovers Key State Park from the living room windows, and the Gulf glinting in the distance. Ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom keep the space comfortable and breezy throughout the stay.
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space is well-appointed for relaxed entertaining. The living area features a queen sleeper sofa, a TV with DirecTV, and casual dining for 4, with an eating bar and bar stools adding a casual, social feel to the kitchen side of the space.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, compact dishwasher, and all the cookware and dinnerware needed for easy meals in throughout the stay.
The corner balcony is one of this unit's most distinctive features — a generously sized open outdoor space with dining for 4 and peaceful, wildlife-rich views of Estero Bay. The balcony's corner position makes it particularly quiet and sheltered, and dolphin, manatee, and tropical bird sightings are a regular and delightful part of the experience.
The spacious bedroom features a king-size bed with a TV and DirecTV, with bed linens, bath, pool, and kitchen towels all provided.
The spa-style bathroom is exceptional — a jetted corner tub, an oversized glass-enclosed walk-in shower, and a private toilet area with its own space. It's the kind of bathroom that turns an evening in into a genuine luxury experience.

Quality stay
Overall, I would recommend this condo. Nice location between Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs and across from Lovers Key Park although I don't know if the park is open to the public due to a bridge being rebuilt right there. The unit had a nice view, functional kitchen, nice small balcony overlooking small beach and great comfortable linens on the bed. The pool was fantastic and although we didn't try the restaurant, we were told it was very good. All arrangements went smoothly. One minor criticism would be that the sofa sleeper in the living room is quite uncomfortable. Some people were complaining there was only 1 of 2 elevators working but it seems to me the place was in great shape considering the somewhat recent hurricanes. Try to be a little understanding.
