The house was perfect. Spotless and exactly as pictured. My family and I have rented many homes throughout the years and Christopher was BY FAR the best host. Any question I had were answered in a VERY prompt matter and he even contacted us occasionally to check on us. I cannot say enough about our experience and would definitely rent again !!

We enjoyed our stay at this centrally located Cape Coral house. The kitchen was well equipped, the pool a comfortable temperature and we appreciated the spacious master bathroom. Owner was responsive and helpful. A quality stay overall!

Perfect family vacation! There is a really huge pool for the kids and a PS 3 for older kids. We had everything what we need. Christopher is a very friendly host and we could asked him anything anytime.
