About the host: We owned in a different community but chose to move to Countryside because of the fabulous location and ease of getting to basically anything you are looking to do. We are from MA and have been renting seasonal properties in Naples for 10+ years. We maintain the unit to be sure it is delivered to you as we would like to find the condo if we were to rent it. Linens and towels are updated regularly as is bath mats etc. Condo has no carpeting and is either Tile or laminate flooring
Why this property? We were looking for a condo that you could walk to clubhouse, tennis, pool, fitness center driving range, short game area. This condo is 900' to all.
