The whole family can gather in this open concept kitchen and living room area with plenty of seating at the breakfast bar or the comfortable sectional couch. The living room includes a modern glass double door to the back lanai that fills the room with natural light. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed with a flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and a private entrance to the back lanai. The cherry wood cabinetry continues into the master bathroom with a clean and modern double vanity, private toilet room, and a glass shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and TV and there is a full bathroom but outside of the bedroom. The third bedroom has twin beds and has a private full bathroom with a glass shower, and single vanity. Catch a tan outside on one of the sun loungers and enjoy the beautiful pool and hot tub. - Check-in time is at 3 PM. Earlier arrival can be accommodated for free based on availability.
- Check out time is 10:00 AM
-Easy check-in & check out process. Not a long process like hotel accommodations, or meet us for the keys. Our properties all have smart locks, so you can check-in at any time by going right to the property and plugging in your code!

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL

Welcome Basket
Every rental receives a welcome basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started. Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc. Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, coffee, etc. A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their carry-on luggage. hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.
