Charter a fishing boat or head to Marco Island for a day filled with history and adventure. Over 100 golf courses nearby and a short drive to downtown Naples and 5th Ave S, Naples Zoo, Waterside Shops, and Luxury Shopping.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
After spending the day out in the pool, Sardinia offers guests ample space to unwind for some vacation down-time. The open living area offers plenty of comfortable seating, with a large TV that you can see from the kitchen and dining room so all of your guests can be together. Enjoy the fresh air watching tv out on the enclosed patio while others swim in the perfect size pool. The first bedroom has two twin beds that also has a closet and a private desk area. Adjacent to the bedroom is a full bath with a single vanity that is shared between 3 rooms. The second and third bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and queen size beds. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with lots of room, a walk-in closet with an ironing board and iron. The master also has a full bath attached, with a private toilet, a huge shower, and a spa tub.

- Check-in time is at 3 PM. Earlier arrival can be accommodated for free based on availability.
- Check out time is 10:00 AM.
- Easy check-in & check out process. Not a long process like hotel accommodations, or meet us for the keys. Our properties all have smart locks, so you can check-in at any time by going right to the property and plugging in your code!

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL

Welcome Basket
Every rental receives a welcome basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started. Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc. Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, coffee, etc. A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their carry-on luggage. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.

Late December, February, and March are the busiest months of the year, with the greatest demand. Consider a winter getaway in January, early December, or April. Naples, FL is a beautiful place to visit any month of the year. Enjoy the best rates from late April through mid-December.
