Each bedroom is a cozy retreat, featuring comfortable beds and convenient bedside tables for all your nighttime essentials. The master bedroom is a sanctuary of its own, boasting a luxurious king-size bed, two spacious closets, and a large bath with a walk-in shower—perfect for unwinding after a day of seaside fun. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and its own bath, while the third bedroom is a haven for little ones with stacked full-size mattresses that can be separated for individual comfort.

Laundry day? No problem! Our home comes equipped with a laundry room featuring a large capacity washer and dryer, ensuring that your family’s needs are always taken care of.

When it’s time to refuel, the updated kitchen beckons with all the amenities you need to whip up delicious meals. Dine in style indoors at the expansive dining table, or take your feast al fresco under the cover of the poolside oasis—a perfect backdrop for creating cherished family memories.

But the fun doesn’t stop there! Channel your competitive spirit with family ping pong tournaments in the under-home garage, or venture out to explore the island on bikes. Store your bikes safely in the ample garage storage space.

Feeling like a day of leisure? Take a dip in the inviting heated (winter months) pool and let your worries float away on the gentle waves. Or perhaps the beach is calling your name—load up the beach wagon with provided chairs, towels, and an umbrella, and embark on a short 4-minute stroll to the nearby beach access. As you sink your toes into the soft white sand, keep an eye out for playful dolphins dancing in the sparkling waves.

But wait, there’s more to explore! If you’re in the mood for a change of scenery, head over to the neighborhood bayside park and immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of nature. With every glance, you might just catch a glimpse of enchanting manatees frolicking in their natural habitat.

We accept monthly rental requests year-round. During some periods of the year we will accept weekly reservations. We do not charge additional fees.

Living room has comfortable seating and large Smart TV so you can access your favorite streaming apps.

House Rules:
Town quiet hours are 10pm-7am.
Maximum capacity, regardless of age, is 8 people.
There is no smoking/vaping on the property, inside or outside.
Pets are not permitted on the property or in the home.
There is parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway. No over-sized vehicles. ex. No RV's. Please, no cars in the garage.
A supervising adult must always be present in the fenced pool area when the area is in use. The door-open alarms from the ground floor to the pool area must not be altered. The pool gates must be latched when no one is passing through. Do not prop them open. There is no running, jumping, diving, horseplay in the pool or pool area. The pool was designed for cooling off and light family fun.
The home A/C should never be turned below 70 degrees F and the heat should never be raised higher than 74 degrees. F. All windows have to be shut when either heating or cooling is in use.
Guests are responsible for removing trash and recycling from the home to the outside cans as necessary. They are also responsible for moving the outside cans to the curb for weekly pickup.
Maintenance/Service people will be visiting the home and must be allowed to accomplish what they came for. This includes weekly pool service, occasional pest control and yard maintenance.
The guest should notify the owner immediately of any maintenance problems so that appropriate assistance can be scheduled.
Paper supplies and soaps are provided as a starter for your stay. You may have to replenish these items during your stay.
Check-out requirements:
1. Please move all used towels and linens to laundry room. This process often helps our guests avoid leaving belongings when they depart.
2. Bring all trash and recycling to outside cans. Flimsy plastic bags and trash bags should not be put in the recycling can.
3. Please close all shades and blinds to keep our utility costs down.
4. Please ensure all exterior doors are closed and locked before departure.

Process to complete the reservation process:
You will receive an email instructing you to digitally sign our rental agreement. You must sign this agreement within 24 hours of acceptance on this platform. The person signing must be 30 years old or older and must be present for the entire reservation period. The signer must ensure that all in the maximum 8-person party are aware of the house rules. Violations of any rule may lead to immediate eviction without refund for days remaining on reservation.

Our Gulf Island Drive home is just a 3-4 minute walk to the sugary soft white sandy beach. We provide you with the beach cart, chairs and umbrella to have the perfect beach visit. You can also walk to the other end of the street in 4-5 minutes and be at our neighborhood bayside park with dock and tiki. Sitting on the dock and watching for dolphins and manatees is a real treat!

The beach and the bay are quick and easy walks from Gulf Island Drive home. In a 15 minute stroll you can be at our local Publix. And behind the grocery store you'll find Junkanoo Below Deck and Fresh Catch Bistro restaurants directly on the bay.

Favorite Places To Eat

There are so many favorite restaurants in the area. On the bay in town, you'll enjoy Snug Harbor and Nervous Nellies. On Old San Carlos Blvd, you'll want to stop by the Yucatan. If you're craving pizza, don't miss Bella Mozzarella in Times Square. Cross the Matanzas Pass bridge and you'll find Doc Ford's and The Parrot Key, both with wonderful bay views.
You can easily walk to bayside favorites Junkanoo and Fresh Catch Bistro which is just 1/2 mile away and located behind Publix grocery store.
