Only 15 miles from Fort Myers RSW airport, 7 miles to Cape Coral Beach which has a board walk and sometimes you can catch the dolphins playing, 18 miles to Fort Myers Beach which has its own little town with shopping and eating if you can get off the white sand beach, 23 miles to Sanibel. 6 miles is the amazing Sun Splash Family Water Park is a MUST activity. Our stay was fantastic! The home was thoughtfully prepared for us. Everything was clean and new. The pool was excellent and the outdoor shower was a great addition. The covered lanai was everything we needed for dinner outside in the evenings. Things were provided that aren't always guarantees with rentals. With this one it was there--clean sheets, comfy beds and pillows, towels for bathroom and pool and plenty of them. Showers reached a hot temp and had good water pressure. Hand soaps and toiletries were available, which is excellent. We had enough laundry detergent for that first day before stores opened, and dish detergent was there already. The appliances including washer and dryer were in great working order. The coffee maker was spectacular, it's a 6-12 cup carafe and k-cup combo. Several filters were on hand for the carafe and some grounds for both were complimentary, which is big help for the first morning. We did not want to leave! This is a winner.

The layout of this home was perfection at its best. 4 spacious bedrooms with plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 teens. This one level home was easy to navigate for my brother with disabilities. We also had a 14 year old with us and he has cerebral palsy and it was so easy for him to navigate the entire home. A side note- he learned to swim in this pool which is just over 5 ft depth. The kitchen allowed lots of space for prep and the appliances were fantastic. The lanai was huge with table , chairs , loungers and TV, along with a counter built in grill and space to prep your grill food. The pool was so relaxing, we spent evenings out there to. This gem is not far from Fort Myers airport and was located in a nice neighborhood. We drove to Sanibel and Captiva to hit the souvenir shops and dining. It normally takes about 50 minutes but with spring break it did take a bit longer. We choose not to go to Fort Myers but have been there before and is easy to get to. We ate at Miceli's Italian restaurant and it was fantastic. There are alot of water side dining places , so many to choose from. I could say so much more. If you want peace and tranquility and still be close to night life, this is your place.

This house is as beautiful as presented in the photos! We rented for the entire month of February, 2026. It is crisp and clean, and tastefully and minimally decorated! It’s stocked with plenty of daily kitchen essentials, bedding and towels. The pool is clean and delightful! Jackie was so easy to work with and very responsive if an issue arose. We will definitely rent again!

We enjoyed our stay here, very comfortable and clean. The patio area is so comfortable and outdoor tv is a plus for enjoying the evening outside. Has basic stuff for your stay. Communication between owner is great. All new furniture and the beds were very comfortable. Close to stores and restaurants. Pine Island is just a short drive. Neighborhood is beautiful for morning walks. Would highly recommend.
