We had such a great stay at this beach condo! I stayed with my husband and our two children, and it was perfect for our family. The condo was very clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The view was beautiful — waking up to the sound of the ocean and a gorgeous sunrise every morning was unforgettable.The Dee was friendly and welcoming, making the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. You can tell they truly care about their guests’ comfort and experience. We made the best memories here and can’t wait to come back!Highly recommend for families or couples looking for a relaxing and beautiful beach vacation!

While this was not our first stay and it won’t be our last stay it was our most comfortable stay by far. We were here for three months. The condo is located on the 4th floor, the infamous sweet spot in my opinion, for the perfect height for the best views! You can see for miles off the balcony, watch the rocket launch’s to north and for those who love the beach it is fully visible and so close you will hear the waves all night long. The condo is well appointed with everything you might need in the kitchen, furnishings and beach chairs. Dee is easy to work with and very accessible should the need arise. We will be returning in the future!!

This oceanfront condo is perfect for seasonal rental, the two of us spent 5 months. It has just about every single thing you could want in the kitchen, and we cooked in quite a bit. Even a spice rack filled with many commonly used spices. Full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, lots of storage space. Full size stacked washer & dryer. More than adequate bath towels & beach towels. Two full-size sofas in the living room. A king bed in the primary bedroom, and queen bed in the guest bedroom. Two full bathrooms. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. Good TV service and WiFi. This was such a comfortable and convenient home-away-from-home. I'm saving the best for last: Ocean views from this 4th floor balcony are amazing, can't be beat. I got up nearly every morning to witness the awesome sunrises (and you can see the sunsets from the west-facing windows/door.) We also loved watching the space launches right from our balcony...from Cape Kennedy/Canaveral up the coast. The beach is beautiful. Oh, and there are quite a few wonderful restaurants...for everyone's Vero Beach and Ft. Pierce...quick, easy drives from Hutchinson Island. We love the Ft. Pierce Farmer's Market; we went just about every Saturday morning during our stay. The area is quiet, the neighbors are friendly. There are community activities if you choose to participate. The condo owner quickly responded to our questions and few concerns; it makes a difference that she lives locally. She went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The condo is located on the East Side of Highway A1a. There is no road between the condo and the beach. The true definition of beachfront.
