The top deck has amazing views all the way to open water! The spacious living room has comfortable furniture to relax and watch your favorite shows on the big screen television, and the kitchen provides ample space to prepare food and entertain. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you could need plus a water filtration system!
Additionally, there is plenty of outdoor space on the lower level. You will also have access to plenty of storage for all of your diving and boating gear. Other amenities include a hot tub, and an ice maker to help keep the days catch cool! Relax after a long day on the water on the dock or in the breezeway and don’t be surprised if you are visited by the Key Deer frequently! You will feel right at home here and won’t want to leave!

Deposits and subsequent payments are accepted in the form of personal checks. 50% of remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The full balance must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that rates are subject to change without notice and that seasonal, holiday and special events may be higher.
Regarding cancellations: 60 days prior to arrival, deposits will be refunded in full, less a $75 administration fee – this fee will be retained. If the cancellation occurs within 59 days, any and all deposits and or rents will be forfeited.
