Guest Access:
During your stay, you have complete access to the entire home, including the 2-car garage. The private pool and covered patio are all yours to enjoy at any time. You’ll also have access to the Crown Pointe community amenities—take advantage of the pool, gym, sauna, pickleball courts, tennis courts.

Five days before your arrival, we will send you a link to a digital guidebook filled with all the information you need for a seamless stay—everything from checking in and home essentials to local dining, activities, and insider tips to make the most of your Naples getaway. Crown Pointe East Homeowners Association requires guests to complete an Application and provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID prior to check-in.
The HOA rules prohibit parking recreational vehicles, boats, or trailers in the driveway. Commercial vehicles may not be parked overnight.
By booking, you acknowledge the pool is not enclosed by childproof gates or alarms, and usage is at your own risk.

Great Stay
Great house! Very clean when we walked in. We liked the location, very quiet area. Perfect set up for our family of three. We have family in North Naples so easy to get to them as well within 25 minutes.
