For the comfort of our guests, we provide 3 toilet paper, 1 shampo, 1 conditioner, 1 Body lotion and 2 soap in hotel size per bathroom. We also offer a dish washing kit that has 1 detergent, 1 sponge, 4 dishwasher soap, 1 paper towel roll, 1 package of napkins and 6 trash bag.

Housekeeping
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

No specific pool temperature is guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter general when days are short, pool heaters may struggle or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer.
The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (24 hours) to your arrival.
Without optional pool heat pool temperatures can go down to 52 to 60°F in December to March depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect "bathtub temperatures" during or after Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights.
Unfortunately, we are unable to activate / deactivate pool heater on short notices or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service.

The location is perfect! It's situated in a sweet little area thats quiet and clean. Yet it's not far from anywhere to drive. Walmart and target are just around the corner as well as a gas station and other places. Traffic wasn't bad at all. The drive to any Disney parks was very easy and not far. Even driving back and forth to Orlando wasn't bad, we did it sometimes twice in a day. So universal was not a far drive either.The house was more than I anticipated. The pictures are what originally won me over because it looked much newer, modern and clean compared to other rentals. But when we arrived it exceeded our expectation's. It was bigger than we thought, high ceilings which made the space feel even bigger. It was indeed CLEAN, beautiful layout. Could easily have two families of 4/5 fit in this home. Everyone had their own bathrooms.The pool is on the smaller Side but we had 6 guest fit in it very comfortably. (We also had it heated) in January which was a good call because even on chilly nights the water was just like bath water. Very warm and comfortable. Also, if you want a bigger pool the club house isn't a far walk from the home to also take advantage of. The outdoor area is lovely tho. BBQ as well as some lounging chairs and a table. Spacious and also covered.They had everything there that we would have needed to cook. Utensils, pots, pans, cutting boards, dishes, even kids dishes. They even had a toothbrush and other toiletries in the bathrooms waiting for us.There is a dishwasher, washer/dryer and the games room is super cute for the kids.I would give this place a 10/10. We were never in need for anything, the person we dealt with was super nice and always answered any questions we had. The process was super easy - all by email. They email a very descriptive email with everything you need to know before you arrive as well as before you leave.Already recommended it to other friends. If you want a nice, clean, affordable family home for your next vacation. This is a fantastic spot!
