Duneside Cottage (formerly known as "Sea Ya Later") is a quaint gulf front home with two bedrooms plus a sleeping loft. Situated at the north end of the Cape; it’s a short bike ride to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, and just a few steps to the sand and water’s edge. Swim, kayak, paddle board and play in the Gulf and Bay.

The kitchen and both bathrooms were completely remodeled in December 2021! This included all new cabinets, fixtures, tile, stainless appliances and unique finishes. Stay tuned for more upgrades as this owner continues to invest in this outstanding property!

*Most gulf front homes are much larger and made for well, large groups. Typically, in order to find a beach front home this size you must choose a condo and give up some privacy. This home offers the independence of a private home at a price a single family or two couples can afford. This is also a perfect design for our snow birds in the winter.

*The deck offers both covered and sunny spaces with a great outdoor eating bar. There is a short, private boardwalk to the beach.

*We've also included a $250 VayK Gear credit to be used toward bikes, boards, chairs and umbrellas. Your gear will be delivered prior to your arrival and picked up when you leave.

* Pets are considered at this home, but please solicit approval for specific size, breed, and quantity. Call prior to booking to inquire about pet approval/details. All pets must be approved. A nonrefundable pet fee will be applied to your stay.

*No events allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit of 25 for renters.
