This beautifully renovated 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom home was designed with large groups in mind, offering an upgraded chef’s kitchen, expansive open living and dining area, private pool with outdoor seating, and multiple bedrooms featuring kings, queens, twins, and bunks. The main level includes a primary king suite with a twin bed and ensuite, while the upper level hosts five more bedrooms and a loft area, each equipped with smart TVs and quality linens.

A brand-new ground-level game room adds even more space to gather and unwind, complete with two large TVs, a pool table, foosball, kitchenette, and optional sleeping for up to 12 on six queen bunk beds. With easy access to both the Sound and Gulf beaches, plus a fenced yard, propane grills, and generous outdoor space, Palm Palace is perfect for family reunions, multi-family vacations, or group getaways.

**Please note that pool heaters depend on ambient (outdoor) temperatures. When outdoor temperatures are 50°F or below, the heater may be unable to maintain the desired water temperature. By requesting pool heating, you acknowledge that pool heat is not guaranteed. Refunds will be considered only in the event of a verified mechanical or compressor failure of the heating equipment. Reduced heating performance due to low outdoor temperatures is a known limitation of electric pool heaters and is beyond our control. As such, no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for weather-related heating limitations**
