Full of rustic charm and laid-back vibes, this 900-square-foot beach home is a rare gem for small families, couples, or solo travelers who want the privacy of a house without the price tag of a larger property. Located just 30 steps from the sugar-white sands, this cozy coastal retreat offers Gulf views, a fun loft area, and shaded outdoor hangout spaces, plus it’s pet-friendly with approval!

The main level features an open living room and kitchen, a breakfast bar for two, and a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is compact but stocked with essentials and includes a two-eye stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and a full-size fridge. The master bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the full bathroom with a single-person shower. Upstairs, the loft includes a queen bed, a small futon sofa, and a half bath, best suited for kids, teens, or adventurous adults due to the low ceiling and spiral staircase. Outside, you’ll find an upper deck with seating and Gulf views, a shaded lower deck with a grill, dining space, TV, laundry room, and an additional full-size fridge and ice maker. There’s even an outdoor shower to rinse off after beach days!
