About the owner: We are a young Canadian Family that has been travelling to Clearwater for over 10 years. In 2023, we made the decision to acquire a property of our own for not only our kids and family to enjoy, but also make it available for guests and others to experience this one of a kind oasis.

Me and my Fiancé celebrated our engagement here and everything was just perfect… The unit was super clean and felt like home. We spent most days lounging poolside and going for long walks by the water on one of the many pathways. Whoever maintains the grounds does a phenomenal job as it feels like you’re staying at a high end resort.The community was really friendly and we felt safe always which is important (24/7 gated surveillance). We will definitely be returning and might make this a yearly trip for ourselves!

I stayed at this beautiful unit with my family in November for a quick get away before the holidays and it was spectacular. The place was very clean, hosts were friendly and very accommodating. The community grounds made you feel like you were in Europe. Pathways to walk along the water. We stayed by the pool basically everyday, it was well kept, with a gazebo, gym, sauna, hot tub and even activities for children like a park & tennis court. Also, it is a gated community so my family and I felt very safe.I highly recommend anyone to stay here! I would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much again to Fabio for making our stay one to remember!
