We had the absolute best time staying at Natasha and Fabio’s Florida property for a weekend getaway! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean and well-stocked the condo was. It truly felt like our home away from home – they had thought of everything, from coffee and cooking utensils to a washing machine, fresh bedding, and plenty of towels. The community itself was just as welcoming. Security greeted us warmly each day, and the atmosphere was friendly and safe. Natasha and Fabio’s welcome package with restaurant recommendations was such a thoughtful touch, and every spot we tried was top tier – delicious food all around. We also loved how convenient the location was. Clearwater Beach was only about 15 minutes away, and it was absolutely stunning with its soft white sand and warm water. Having the option of shaded huts and umbrellas on the beach made it even better, and the cooler provided in the condo was perfect for packing drinks and snacks for the day. That beach day was a highlight of our trip! For fun, we also checked out Gator Mini Golf nearby, which was such a unique experience – some of us even got to hold real gators! Overall, Natasha and Fabio went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, comfortable, and even a little luxurious. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

This condo is terrific in every way. The development has an amazing walking path right on Tampa Bay and the pool/gym/spa facilities are top notch. The condo is close to Clearwater Beach, multiple airports, Tampa, and St Pete’s. There is spring league baseball and so many other activities (golf, pickleball, etc) to enjoy on the area. Fabio was a terrific host. He was extremely responsive to any questions or issues we had and provided us with all of the assistance we could have asked for. The condo is fully stocked with everything you will need for a stay. We had an amazing time. As other commenters have noted, it was hard to leave! Thanks again, Fabio.

The place was gorgeous. We were in proximity to everything! The hosts were amazing and easily accessible, they provided so many amenities that made our first family trip with 2 toddlers a breeze! The grounds and pool were incredibly clean as well. Will definitely come back here if we need a place to stay in Florida!!!

Our family of four had the best rental experience ever at Fab's place. With two small children, we appreciated the thoughtful amenities like strollers, high chairs, toys, and pool floaties. The well-furnished space was perfect for hosting friends for BBQs and night swims. We loved the beautiful walking trail around the property, where we saw dolphins, turtles, and bunnies daily. Feeding carrots to the rabbits was a highlight for the kids. The resort's amenities, including the pool, hot tub, gym, and sauna, were fantastic. Being close to the beach and numerous restaurants was incredibly convenient. Clearwater Beach is a must-visit—absolutely gorgeous! We've already booked our next stay. Thank you, Fab!

Me and my Fiancé celebrated our engagement here and everything was just perfect… The unit was super clean and felt like home. We spent most days lounging poolside and going for long walks by the water on one of the many pathways. Whoever maintains the grounds does a phenomenal job as it feels like you’re staying at a high end resort.The community was really friendly and we felt safe always which is important (24/7 gated surveillance). We will definitely be returning and might make this a yearly trip for ourselves!

I stayed at this beautiful unit with my family in November for a quick get away before the holidays and it was spectacular. The place was very clean, hosts were friendly and very accommodating. The community grounds made you feel like you were in Europe. Pathways to walk along the water. We stayed by the pool basically everyday, it was well kept, with a gazebo, gym, sauna, hot tub and even activities for children like a park & tennis court. Also, it is a gated community so my family and I felt very safe.I highly recommend anyone to stay here! I would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much again to Fabio for making our stay one to remember!
