Only 15 miles from Fort Myers RSW airport, 7 miles to Cape Coral Beach which has a board walk and sometimes you can catch the dolphins playing, 18 miles to Fort Myers Beach which has its own little town with shopping and eating if you can get off the white sand beach, 23 miles to Sanibel. 6 miles is the amazing Sun Splash Family Water Park is a MUST activity. We thoroughly enjoyed this older, well-renovated house with two people from mid-November to early December. The rental process, move-in, and move-out were all very well organized by the extremely friendly landlords. The rental agreement is a bit unusual compared to what we’re used to, but it actually covers everything down to the smallest detail, which we found very helpful.The house truly had everything we needed for a carefree vacation. From the kitchen to the bathrooms, it was very well equipped. Every bedroom as well as the large living room had a big TV, and the living room had plenty of seating — we were six people and everyone could sit comfortably. The bathrooms were stocked with basic toiletries, there were lots of towels, and having a washing machine and dryer was a huge plus.The location right next to the 14th hole of the Palmetto-Pine Country Golf Club was ideal. We loved the view of the golf course and the beautifully maintained grounds with the pine trees. The clubhouse is only about a five-minute drive away. (At the time of our stay, green fees including a golf cart were $109 before 1:00 PM and $79 after 1:00 PM.)The garage was very spacious and even had an additional large refrigerator. We also really appreciated the extras that were available: bicycles, golf clubs, and beach chairs — everything felt almost new and was very well maintained.We would gladly come back.

Perfect Spot for a Relaxing Girls Trip!We had the absolute best time staying at the 19th Hole Hideaway for our girls trip! The house was perfect for our group of seven adults — spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. We had more than enough room to spread out. The kitchen was so well stocked with incredible appliances and extras. The pool area truly stands out. It is everything you’d want in a Florida getaway: a large, screened-in pool, plenty of chaise lounges, a big dining table for snacks and meals, and even a cozy sitting area with a TV. It became our favorite hangout spot! The property location is ideal, situated right on the golf course, which gave us beautiful views and plenty of privacy. It’s also just a short drive to the beach, great restaurants, and fun nightlife. Jaime, the host, was an absolute dream to work with — responsive, helpful, and so thoughtful. From pool floats to kitchen essentials, she really has thought of everything. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood — also perfect for a family getaway. We already can’t wait to return. If you’re considering this property — book it. You won’t be disappointed!

My friends and I stayed at this beautiful house for five days, and one has already booked a return trip! It was the perfect place for our girls trip. There was more than enough room for seven adults who made breakfast every morning and spent leisurely days in the pool. The pool area has everything you want a FL pool area to have: screened in, large pool, a large table for snacks, meals, and conversation, chaise lounges, and a sitting area with a tv. The location is perfect as the golf course gives both privacy and beautiful views. The location is close to great restaurants and nightlife while also being a short drive to the beach. Jaime is the easiest host to work with and was always accommodating and attentive. We had everything we needed. I can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at 19th Hole Hideaway. This is a well maintained, well appointed home with everything you need provided in a quiet pleasant neighborhood. The bed and furniture were comfortable, and the pool is a pleasure. We enjoyed watching the golfers in action while hanging out at the pool. There’s a TV in every room and you just have to sign into your own streaming service to enjoy. Jaime is a 5* host. Super fast responses to any questions, and dealt with any requests without delay. Certainly won’t hesitate to go back next time we’re need a rental in SWFL.

My whole family (8 total) stayed here on our family vacation and we will never stay anywhere else. From the intial communication with Jaime to our final, "until next time, " she was an amazing host. Very responsive to all our questions/needs and made us feel at home before we even got there. The house is loaded with everything you can think of that you would want from your own home. It was immaculately cleaned and everything was brand new! We spent majority of our time outside on the spacious patio/pool area and enjoyed watching the golfers come by. We love that they had a grill and huge table outside for everyone to gather around. We even enjoyed a round of golf at Palmetto and highly recommend checking the course out. At night, we were all able to relax on the couch and watch movies. I cannot say enough about this amazing property except, "until next time!" Thank you!

This place is amazing! My husband and I stayed here with our 8 year old daughter. Right when we walked in we could tell we made the best choice. Everything is brand new, clean, and fresh. The pool is warm, and it was fun to see people playing golf as we swam. The location is perfect being so close to shops and restaurants in Cape Coral, and just a 20 minute drive to Fort Myers Beach. We will definitely be back and have told our family and friends about this place as well. Five star stay for sure!
