The living area is tiled with an 2024 sleeper sofa, two swivel rockers and a recliner.
The dining area features a table for four with pull up chairs for extra seating and three bar stools for easy serving. There is a large flat screen tv and dvd player in the living area. The kitchen has just been refurbished and is well stocked for meal preparation with full size appliances, granite countertops and a generous supply of housewares. You will love the nice quality furnighings in the master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen tv and dvd player as well as a seating area with beautiful gulf views just beyond. The master bathroom has a dual vanity with fine granite, a large garden tub and a separate enclosed glass shower. The second bedroom serves as a second master bedroom with a king bed, dresser, flat screen tv and dvd player and access to the second bathroom. The second bathroom has a single vanity with granite countertop, a shower/tub combo and two access doors - one to the king bedroom and one to the living area. The bunk room has two cozy twin beds built into the wall with a dresser, flat screen tv and dvd player. There is a closet with a 2024 stackable washer and dryer in the hallway. There is a heated swimming pool and hottub and barbeque area to the front of the building. There is FREE beach service from March 1 - October 31! Two chairs and an umbrella set up daily at 9 am - 5 pm. Kayak and paddleboard can be rented on-site. Free parking for two vehicles. Crystal Dunes is located in a quaint area with no high rises, excellent sidewalks for walking or biking. Crystal Dunes is very close to restaurants, grocery stores, and coastal entertainment hubs. Destin Commons is very close by and Harborwalk Village is nearby. Silver Sands Outlet Mall is close by as are several golf facilities.
