Unique Benefits
The location is one of the best things about this property. There is absolutely nothing you could want or need that is not within just a few minutes. Groceries, retail, the beach and Ocean, Golf, you name it.
Storage on third floor with elevator access is also a nice perk if you want to store bikes, etc.
We have plenty of beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for your stay. The pool is also directly across the lane-no long walk to get to it but situated so you would never hear anything from it. The tennis courts are just a minutes' walk away as well.
Everything is new in the condo-we bought this in 2023 and stocked it with new everything-linens, furniture, kitchen appliances, etc. It is like staying in a new place.
You are sure to love it. It is also very cozy and the lanai in the mornings is ever so peaceful for enjoying coffee or tea, or wine in the evenings.
Area Information
North Naples on golf course. Close to everything. The drive down Woodshire to get to the condo is a lovely tree lined street which also gives me a good smile when I drive in.
The Zoo and the Mall are within ten minutes of condo.
Favorite Places To Eat
My favorite place to eat although prices is Sails Restaurant which I find to be the most unbelievable dining experience in Naples.
Flemings Steak House is not too far if you like a good chain restaurant. Also-there are many chains and locally owned wonderful restaurants on Fifth Avenue and on Third Street downtown which is less than 15 minutes from you.

About the owner: My husband and I live in Bluffton SC most of the year with a residence in South Florida for the Winter. We love the Water and Golf so Naples was very attractive to us and still us. We visit three to four times a year and stay in the two condos we own but rent the remainder of the time.
Our condos have a personal touch of our own style and believe you will enjoy them. We own and manage seven rental properties in Florida, SC, and Georgia. We take pride in anything we do and this is no exception. Our goal is for you to have a great experience and we go above and beyond to make sure this is possible.
I am a Registered Nurse and my husband is an Engineer and an alumnus of Clemson University. We owned and operated several hospice companies in Georgia and South Carolina before retiring in 2022.
Why this property? I bought this property while visiting Naples and instantly fell in love with this area. My daughter has stayed here while writing for a short time and we have enjoyed this condo with friends and family. We bought another condo while here on the South side of town and use it more due to size but this one is a charm too. I hope you will be able to enjoy it as well.
