In the backyard of the villa, directly on the water, you will find a beautiful oversized boat dock for lounging and fully enjoy the Florida sun! The boat dock is also equipped with an electrical boat lift with capacity of 10000 pounds.
A tip: Rent a motorboat ( ask for info! ) and go exploring the countless channels and waterways of Cape Coral and the surrounding islands. Go fishing on the Caloosahatchee River or in the Gulf of Mexico or take a romantic boat trip during a beautiful sunset... and afterwards return fully satisfied to our beautiful, facing South, spacious villa where your private pool and jacuzzi will be waiting for you!
Villa Four Mile Cove is suitable for up to 8 people and is fully decorated with taste. It comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a beautiful spacious living room with foyer, dining room and TV lounge and besides: Everywhere you will enjoy the unique panoramic water views of Cat Cay Lake! Nothing so romantic and relaxing at nightfall than admiring from the lanai (patio) or from the boat dock, with a drink in the hand, the twinkling lights on the shore and the boats on the water...
The open kitchen, the dining room and living room as well as 2 bedrooms equipped with large sliding windows give right out on the lanai and the pool. And as usual everywhere in the subtropical Florida, swimming pool and jacuzzi are surrounded by a full 'screen', a complete structure in gauze, so you can - also in the evening - enjoy a delicious barbecue without being hindered by mosquitoes or insects.
From the pool you have a beautiful view on our private dock wherein your boat is moored. And with some luck, during the day, you even might see a family of 'Manatees' ( native sea-cows ) swimming by!

Villa Four Mile Cove is located on one of the most beautiful lakes in the southeast of the city of Cape Coral, Florida-USA.
Through a wide channel this scenic lake gives access to the Caloosahatchee River, which at his turn gives into the Gulf of Mexico.
Our villa is also located on the ecological nature park "the Four Mile Cove", a beautiful nature reserve with a wealth of tree species, water birds and hiking trails. Both the southeast and southwest of Cape Coral are traditionally the favorite holiday resorts of tourists and nature lovers: Sun, sand and sea go hand in hand with a downright overwhelming area of fauna and flora!
The Gulf of Mexico is nearby and shops, warehouses, restaurants and commerces are located in the immediate proximity.
River-, sea- and boat lovers will enjoy themselves in Cape Coral: A quiet sail on beautiful Cat Cay lake and the surrounding channels, on the river and even sailing down to the Gulf belong to the possibilities.
At just a 20-minutes drive you will discover the most beautiful beaches of Florida: Fort Myers, Captiva, Pine Island and Sanibel, the famous "shell island".
Villa Four Mile Cove is situated in a traffic-calm neighborhood, right across the most famous nature area of the city. So walking and cycling in all safety will never be a problem.
In "the Four Mile Cove" nature reserve you can go hiking and canoeing. You can also view and admire there the raccoons, alligators and manatees ( kind of native seacow ).
The pearly white beaches near the Gulf of Mexico will surely be inviting you for sunbathing, swimming, collecting shells or just for an easy hiking in the great outdoors.
And of course, in terms America will always remain America : Just eating a juicy steak or a hamburger in the middle of the night is always possible... And buying bread, milk, meat... in the grocery store for some self-catering is quite common.
At a 4 minutes drive from the villa is the supermarket "Walmart": Open 24/24 and 7/7 and has an enormous parking.
