The open floor plan features a gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped for all your cooking needs; including stainless steel appliances, an induction cooktop, quartz counter tops, soft closing cabinets and a large island with six bar stools. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate coffee bar, equipped with both Keurig and Nespresso machines.

The spacious great room has sliding glass doors and overlooks the beautiful lanai. It includes a 75” TV, electric fire place, 2 reclining chairs and two sofas with built in recliners. Between the great room and kitchen there is a wet bar that includes a wine refrigerator and beverage glasses.

Tired of foosball and pool? Try out Coral Paradise’s Poker Room. Equipped with a poker table, chips and cards for a friendly game. If card games are not your thing, then try one of the many other games provided. Is reading more your speed? The game room has a collection of books for your reading enjoyment.

The large master suite features a king size bed, sitting chair, TV and access to the lanai. The beautiful master bath includes a double vanity, dual shower heads and a separate large soaking tub. The first guest room includes a queen bed, walk in closet, TV and an en suite bathroom. The second guest room has a sliding glass door to the lanai, TV and separate full bath.

A key feature of this home is the many outside amenities. The shaded lanai overlooking the canal offers an outdoor kitchen, dining table and swivel rocker chairs around a fire pit. The pool area includes six lounge chairs with a heated pool and spa. This gulf access home has a boat dock available for guest use. You can rent a boat and have it delivered right to the house.

PLEASE NOTE: The property charges additional fees for electricity, propane and additional cleaning. Electricity is charged based on usage, post departure. The grill and outdoor fireplace use propane. If the tanks are not full upon departure, you will be charged. If the grill is not cleaned a $75 fee will be charged. Any fees not used will be refunded post departure.
