The house is 5200 Square feet on 1 level. The great room has plenty of space for all family members to gather or spread out. The bedrooms are quiet, and private when you need to recharge your batteries. The home was built with a 2-story vaulted ceiling great room that includes the dining room, living room and kitchen. It includes 10 panoramic windows to view the water across the entire great room. The 80' x 12' deck is the best feature. Dolphins Pass is on 130 feet of beach front on Ariola Dr. Recently updated with a new front porch staircase, new beachside deck, stairs and walkover. Relax on the expansive deck while viewing amazing things; dolphins playing, birds diving for fish, pelicans flying in formation, sunrises, sunsets, full moons on glass like water and much more. The elevated house, with all rooms on one level includes an elevator. The dining room table will seat 12, counter bar 6, and the breakfast room seats 5. The kitchen is well equipped with double Viking ovens, a brand-new Viking 6 burner stove top, brand new refrigerator, and a stand-alone icemaker. The house is furnished with high end furniture and decorations. Garage will accommodate 2 large or 3 small cars inside; garage door opener provided. The downstairs enclosed area includes, garage, inside stairs, elevator door, rustic den, with ping pong table, seating, extra sand toys and beach/deck furniture. Recently added: 7-piece Adirondack counter-high outdoor dining set and umbrella, 2 chaise lounges, Ping Pong table, 4 tennis rackets/balls, 4 pickle ball rackets/balls (2 public courts 2 blocks away), and a PK charcoal grill. There are 4 Smart TV's, Wi-Fi mesh Network has been added to expand Wi-Fi coverage. Complimentary gift bag upon check-in. The house sleeps 14. Large discount for 28 day stay in the Fall/Winter! Pensacola Beach has beautiful sugar white sand beaches. The house is a 2 block walk to the Trolley stop. Enjoy multiple restaurants, gift shops, live entertainment, water activities (fishing, dolphin cruises, jet ski rentals), and weekly summer free concerts on the beach. Minutes away from the historic city of Pensacola where you can enjoy several museums, farmers markets, festivals, baseball, and much more. At this time the NAS Naval Museum is free and open to the public. Contact the Museum directly for more information. The island is home to Fort Pickens and the beautiful Gulf Islands National Seashore. Blue Angels practice "show" is weekly at NAS Pensacola or can be seen from Fort Pickens. During the season, their practice is usually Tuesday/Wednesday, weather permitting. Check online schedule for updated info. On most Sundays in the summer at @:30 PM, The Blue Angels and Fat Albert fly in front of the house on their way home to NAS Pensacola.

Everything we wanted...and more.
Dolphins Pass was perfect for our family of 12; 6 adults and 6 kids. The kids were very happy with the toy closet and things for the beach. There are large windows across the back of the house that gave us an amazing view of the Gulf. The large deck was a good, secure outdoor space for the kids. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we would need. Looking out the back windows, we got a feeling of being secluded, but we were very convenient to town. We were 2 miles from the heart of Pensacola Beach’s shops, restaurants, and public beach. Publix and WalMart Market in Gulf Breeze are less than 5 miles away. Andree had quick, helpful communication with me during this whole process. My husband suggested I mention the windows with the amazing view, again. We loved it and are already talking about going back next year.

Dolphin's pass was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 6 littles. The kitchen was very well stocked and the ice maker and extra fridge made things extra convenient. There was more than enough room in the house for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed the ping pong table and cornhole. The elevator made bringing in groceries and luggage so much easier than using stairs. There were plenty of sand toys for the children and a favorite was the small kayak. Also, more than enough chairs for the beach. The proximity to the beach is perfect and the private walkover was very convenient. Andree was very responsive and the welcome gift was a nice surprise. We plan to rent Dolphin's Pass again!

Delightful Dolphin’s Pass
From the ease of checking in with key from lock box to departure, this rental was a dream. The home is lovely and the owner is very accessible, easy to talk to and responds promptly to inquiries.The rooms are beautiful with two looking out at the Gulf, beds are comfortable and towels are plentiful. Large walk in closets. Bedroom in hall has a nice closet, too, and the half bathroom is across the hall. There are lots of hangers in closets. Bring your own body wash and shampoo, hand soap provided. Laundry area is easy to use. Elevator was a HUGE plus in getting items to upper level. There is also interior staircase to bottom. Parking under house was a plus.The view from the living room is gorgeous. There is even a telescope set up to view the night sky! The attached deck was a favorite spot to sip beverages, visit and just be in the moment watching the wave action. We ate meals on the high top table w/ umbrella.The kitchen is very well stocked! Check the spice pantry before heading to the grocery.Any pot, pan, bowl, knife, cooking utensil needed for food prep is provided. Just search the cabinets and drawers. Full sets of dishes, glasses and cutlery are also provided.We had several family members using kitchen island simultaneously with no issue of bumping each other. It is a dream kitchen. Double oven, microwave, Keurig and regular coffee maker, toaster, electric cooktop, large sink and lots of counter space. This is a huge plus for us because once at the beach, we like staying at the beach! We only eat out the first night at Grand Marlin.The family had fun playing ping pong downstairs where there’s lots of seating and a refrigerator for cold drinks! Ceiling fans keep the breeze going. Many enjoyed using the kayak. Life jackets are provided.We had a wonderful time and already booked our week for our 2026 family vacation.We even got buzzed by the Blue Angels late Sunday afternoon.You cannot go wrong with this house.
