Our brand new home is located in a quiet family neighborhood of Cape Coral with easy access to local restaurant, shops, grocery stores, playing fields, and many local attraction just minutes away. Guests love the convenience and the quiet. The beaches of Sanibel and Fort Myers beach are a short drive away. Day trips for shark tooth hunting, water activities like parasailing, deep sea fishing, jet ski tours, or visit the Everglades are easily arranged.
