This spacious and beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo has everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay in paradise. Featuring a preferred floor plan, it offers a bright, open kitchen, a generous great room, and three spacious bedrooms—each with its own bathroom. The sleeping arrangements include two king beds and one queen, with TVs in every bedroom for added comfort. The fully equipped kitchen, plush linens and towels, beach gear, and thoughtful amenities make it easy—just bring your suitcase! Located in the desirable Vanderbilt Beach area, you're just a 5-minute walk from the white sand and shimmering waters of the Gulf. Whether you're swimming, paddleboarding, or enjoying a sunset stroll, you're steps away from one of Florida’s most stunning beaches. Unwind on your private fourth-floor lanai, offering sweeping views of the bay and The Ritz-Carlton—an ideal spot to enjoy evening sunsets. Regatta is a gated, resort-style community with exceptional amenities: a gorgeous waterfall resort pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, a lap pool, hot tub, two fitness centers, clubhouse, BBQ area, fishing dock, kayak launch, and on-site management. You’re just minutes from the Waterside Shops, Mercato’s vibrant dining and nightlife, the iconic Turtle Club, Gumbo Limbo at The Ritz, Baleen at LaPlaya, and the Pavilion Shops, which feature fine dining, boutique shopping, a movie theater, and LA Fitness. Tennis and pickleball courts will soon be available at the nearby park, and you’ll also be close to some of Naples' top golf courses. Reservations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival. Any reservation booked online within 14 days of the arrival date will be automatically cancelled.
