It is a very short walk to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Restaurants, theater, shopping, groceries and drug store are all within walking distance, or hop on the public trolley for a short 10 minute ride to "downtown" Fort Myers Beach (Times Square) if you prefer. There is no need to rent a car or leave the island once you arrive - just sit back and enjoy.

Located on the beautiful quiet south end of Fort Myers Beach, but yet only 3 miles to the downtown "Times Square" and a only a 2 minute walk to the beautiful white sand beaches. The condo complex is convienently located next to shops, restaurants, marina, golf course and with 1 mile of Lovers Key Beach and State Park. The complex has a spectacular and of one of the largest pools on the island which is heated year round! Venturing off-island is no problem with your choice of exiting by either the north or south ends, and provide you with many more restaurants, golf courses and the many, many shopping and outlet malls that the Southwest Coast is known for. We are only 5 minutes to Bonita Springs, 15 minutes to Naples, 15 minutes to Sanibel, 2 hrs to Miami/Fort Lauderdale. 2 hrs to to Tampa, 3.5 hrs to Orlando, and 2.5 to the Florida Keys.
