This spacious villa has everything your heart desires. In addition to three bedrooms and two bathrooms, you have a spacious living area and a kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Two bedrooms have direct access to the pool deck.
Baby cot and high chair are available free of charge.
The kitchen is equipped with all imaginable kitchen appliances (e.g. coffee machine, hand mixer, 4-way toaster, hot water cooker, spice rack, ice cube maker, knife block, 3 x dishes for 6 people each, large oven, various glasses and much more).
The kitchen has, among other things, a counter with 2 high chairs.
There are also 4 LED televisions, 2 DVD players and 1 Blu-Ray player (code-free). Internet is possible via WLAN, of course at no extra cost.
Various DVD/Blu Ray movies and a PS3 are available in the house.
You have the opportunity to make free calls to German landlines.
2 beach chairs, 1 parasol and a cool box are also available for a pleasant visit to the beach.
A large gas grill is available for a cozy barbecue evening.
The large pool (9×4.5m) is electrically heated in winter and is therefore ideal for a pleasant stay.
Villa Anna-Maria has its own boat deck for mooring a boat.
From here you have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.

Electricity is included up to $35.00/week. The additional consumption is charged at $0.15/Kwh and is paid directly on site.
Grill cleaning $45.00 is to be paid in cash on site if the grill is not cleaned yourself.
A deposit of $500.00 must be transferred with the final payment. This will be refunded at the end of the stay.
You will receive detailed information about the deposit billing when the contract is concluded.
Terms of payment:
25% deposit after signing the contract.
Final payment and deposit 4 weeks before the start of the rental.
You will receive the payment plan when the contract is concluded.
Payment method:
Transfer to a US account.
When paying to a US account, the fees must be borne by the tenant.
Arrival and departure
Detailed information about arrival and departure times you will receive with the conclusion of the contract.
