The fully equipped and professional grade kitchen is a culinary delight boasting upgraded appliances, island, wet bar, new cookware and a coffee bar that includes new coffee and espresso machines and their accouterments. Able to sleep 10+ people very comfortably, this welcoming retreat features 2 stunning master bedrooms and 2 spacious guest bedrooms. The first master bedroom offers a king sized bed, walk-in closet and an ensuite bath that includes a Roman tub, dual vanities and an oversized glass enclosed shower with built-in seating. The 2nd master bedroom offers a Queen sized bed, Full Bathroom, walk in closet and plenty of space to rest and relax in. The first guest room has a King bed, a twin bed and a twin pull out so it’s particularly good for a group! The final bedroom has a queen bed and inflatable mattresses. Touting 3 full baths, 2 half baths and 2 outdoor showers, every comfort has been considered. If you do have a special need, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Handy extras that you will find include weight sets, yoga mats, books, board games, baby accessories, a desk and a computer, pool floats and paddle boards. For added convenience, there are numerous outlets in each room of the house and you have streaming capabilities anywhere on the property via Smart TV’s and top tier WiFi. Your safety and comfort are supported by a new roof, new AC unit, new hurricane resistant windows, and even a built in generator. This home is also equipped with Smart door locks and an ADT alarm system. Codes are activated just prior to arrival and deactivated upon check out. Your outer sanctuary is adorned with new landscaping, a heated pool, custom 12 seat bar with quartz countertop, 2 mini fridges, a Weber grill and a Traeger smoker. Enjoy watching TV in the gazebo or gather around the firepit after your BBQ to reflect on the day’s events or spend your day on a chaise lounge chair with your favorite book. Combining these features with the custom lighting and the Sonos speaker system that serenades the entire property will create the ambiance that you are looking for.
