In season Reservations (November -May), are held with a 2500.00 deposit for up to 30 day rental reservation. The deposit is fully refundable if canceled 30 days prior to reservation. For less than 30 days but more than 14 days it is refunded at 50%. Any cancelation less than 14 days, the deposit will be forfeited. This is also the deposit that will be refunded after stay less any incidentals.
Out of Season Reservations can be held for a 2500.00 deposit. The deposit is fully refundable if canceled 30 days prior and 50% for less than 30 days but no more than 14 days. Any cancelation less than 14 days, the deposit will be forfeited. This is also the deposit that will be refunded after stay less any incidentals. Also there will not be any Taxes collected on Out of Season Reservations.
