A 5 block walk gets your toes in the sand (w optional drink in your hand)! Our condo includes a fully accessorized kitchen, open dining and living room with a flat screen TV, handy work desk, an inviting enclosed lanai with a lovely 3rd story view of the neighborhood, queen bed in the master and a walk-in closet, heated swimming pool, sunbathing deck, elevator to the 3rd floor and a coin-op laundry station on site.
