This home is located on the canal water system with easy access to the gulf (future boat dock is planned). There are large patio doors that open in two directions for an open and inviting atmosphere from the indoor living area to the lanai and pool area.
The large pool deck with southern exposure allows for plenty of space to relax in a comfortable lounge chair, play in the heated pool, or serve a delicious meal on the lanai. The pool and terrace are fully enclosed with a pool cage and the pool has a sun deck for those who prefer to sunbath in the water.
This home caters to all needs. The lanai is equipped with a grill and a large table with plenty of seating if you want to grill a quiet meal at home. Or you may prefer to enjoy a delicious meal out at one of the many amazing nearby restaurants.
This beautiful home offers 2,003 SF of living space and comfortably sleeps 6 to 8 people. It has 4 sleeping areas (2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed plus a Den with a Trundle Daybed that can accommodate 2 additional people). For those that want to do a little work, there is a desk in the Den and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The master suite has direct pool access, a king size bed, large walk-in shower, double vanities and a walk in closet. The second bedroom also has a king bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Both are located near the 2nd bathroom, and each has a flat screen TV and a large walk-in closet. The den has a trundle day bed and desk.
The open kitchen and dining areas were designed to accommodate your entertaining needs. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The dining area comfortably seats 6 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs with access to ice and filtered water through the refrigerator.
This property has a full size washer and dryer.
Guests will also have access to the garage which includes four bikes, one set of golf clubs, a variety of beach chairs, pickle ball set, coolers and some additional items for your convenience.

We often bike there to get coffee or drinks. Rumrunners and Fathoms are both restaurant/bars at Cape Harbour with outdoor seating. Fathoms has music several nights a week and is always a fun time.

~~ Fort Myer's beach is a 30 minute drive and located just across the street from the new Margaritaville Resort. There are several bars, restaurants, and shops in the area with plenty of public parking.
Head over to SE 47th Terrace Cape Coral and you will find numerous bars and restaurants. Merrick Seafood, Sage on 47th, Hooked Island Grill and numerous other restaurants are located in this area. There is often live music and other events including a large can't miss farmers market every Saturday.
Cape Cabaret offers a variety of entertainment nightly (comedians and musicians). You can choose the show only or have a meal with the show (the food is very good). Make reservations in advance.

We recently spent our Christmas holiday at this wonderful home, and it was absolutely perfect. The house is beautifully designed and in an ideal location. Traveling with our 14-month-old, we appreciated the pool and especially the sun shelf, which was perfect for him to play in. We enjoyed walks near the Cape Coral Marina, played pickleball at a nearby park just under a mile away, and visited both Cape Coral and Fort Myers beaches. The owners were fantastic to work with and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. We can’t wait to return!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home in Cape Coral, Florida, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the house was. It truly felt like a home away from home, with tasteful, modern decor that added a touch of elegance to our stay.The amenities were absolutely fantastic! We arrived after dark, but the home was well lit and the directions to enter the house were very easy. The house was incredibly well stocked with linens, towels, and even kitchen basics (spices/oil/coffee maker, etc.). We spent countless hours relaxing by the stunning (and heated!) pool, which looked out over the canal. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The outdoor area offered a dining table, comfy lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and a TV so it was a great spot for our family to congregate and relax. The walking paths nearby were lovely for morning strolls and bike rides, allowing us to soak in the beautiful Florida sunshine.We were also pleasantly surprised by how close we were to the nightlife and local parks along with the convenience of having Walmart, Target, and grocery stores an easy 10-15 minutes away. There’s so much to do in the area, from dining out at vibrant restaurants on the water to enjoying the parks nearby which had things like pickleball courts and playgrounds. It was the ideal balance of relaxation and adventure!We are already planning our next trip and will definitely be recommending this gem to our friends and family. If you’re looking for a clean, beautifully decorated home with amazing amenities in Cape Coral, look no further! This place truly exceeded our expectations and made our stay unforgettable.
