Family home with pool

My home has 3 large remodeled bedrooms and 2 large baths with quartz countertops .
In the master bedroom you will find a desk area with a printer as well as a sofa and a bench at the foot of the bed.
The family room has a dining glass table with 6 chairs and a comfortable new white leather sofa to relax in front of a 4K large screen TV .
The kitchen is very functional , has all you need for cooking a nice dinner.
The large sliding doors open the family room to the screened lanai and pool area . No bugs there .
There are several lounge chairs and sofas around the screened solar heated pool for your convenience and relaxation.
Tropical palm trees and plants provide you a total privacy at the south exposed pool and lanai .
In the lanai area you find an outside table with 4 comfortable chairs where you would enjoy a nice barbecue dinner .
The attached garage has enough space for 2 cars.
What I like most of my home is the U form of the house , therefore most of the rooms have direct access to the pool area . You will appreciate the quietness and the nice neighborhood as well .

Area Information

The house is located in a circle at the famous Royal Palm Golf Course ,one of the best in Naples , in a very friendly and quiet neighborhood.
You may play pickle ball and tennis at the huge and famous area at Thomasson drive close to the botanical garden .

Favorite Places To Eat

My favorite restaurant is Bice at 5th ave S for early dinner , and a hidden gem on 41 : a small French restaurant the Cafe Normandie owned by a French couple recently in Naples , best fish chef in town , prices are affordable.
