If you’d prefer to relax in the air conditioning, kick back on the living room's couch and watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. While you unwind, let your chef whip up inspired treats in the fully equipped kitchen that’s complete with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances.
Enjoy your feast inside at the adjacent dining table or head out to the screened-in pool area for an al fresco dining experience! After you finish your final bites, hop back in the pool to end another fantastic evening - the pool is heated to 80 degrees for enjoyment regardless of the temperature! Anything over 80 degrees is a prepaid charge of $30 per day.

- PLEASE NOTE: The pool is already heated and will automatically be set to 80 degrees. The pool goes from 3 ft to 6ft deep at the farthest end. The warmer weather in the summer can bring the temp up as well as the cool weather at night can bring the water temperature down. If you would like to have the pool heated higher (88 degrees is the maximum) there is an optional daily pool extra heat fee of $30 a day paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay. Depending on temperatures may take several hours so please notify manager beforehand. We cannot control the weather so please be kind.

My husband and I rented this cute house for three weeks over January and February 2026 and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is very well laid out with two bedroom wings, and a central living area that is huge and well appointed. There is a large tv in the living room where we enjoyed watching the Olympics and cheering on our team. The kitchen/dinning area has a series of sliding doors that all open to the pool creating a huge beautiful open air feel to the space that we just loved! The pool is large and kept at a comfortable 85 degrees, all covered by screening and well positioned for the sunshine. The house is located on a very quiet street and the neighbors are full time residents who are very quiet and respectful. We especially enjoyed the peace and quiet around the pool. The owner was super responsive and helpful. We give this property a five star rating and recommend to others that are looking for a nice little hideout from the snow :)

We wanted a break and this home was exactly what we needed. The bedrooms are amazing and had everything you needed, the kitchen was well equipped, and the layout was phenomenal. The home is beautiful, and having the canal and kayaks added to the perfect retreat home. And the pool, (wow), perfect size, the screened area also made it easy to hang out all day and night without a worry about bugs. The house also has everything you need for the pool and beach, it was nice to just pack it and go! Jenna was also great when we had questions, she was friendly and responded immediately. We can’t wait to come back!

Wow! We have stayed here more than once. The pool area in this house is AMAZING! We spent most of our time lounging outdoors. So great to have access to the bedrooms and bathrooms directly from the pool.The interior is a great set up. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up whatever you’d like. We had 6 people stay and it was great to have such a spacious dining table and living room area where we could watch movies and play games.Can’t wait to go back! Favorite restaurant in the area is The Boathouse.

The home was absolutely amazing! The 3 bedrooms had private access to the pool, bathrooms and lanais. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was totally open to the dining room, living room and lanais. We enjoyed movie night several nights in the living room which had an awesome big screen TV and electric fireplace. Our little Harlow (fur baby) was totally entertained by the little lizards.
