We are part of Lely Resort complex. Each unit has 2 bedroom/2 bathroom overlooking the pool/spa area with its 3 Chickee huts, charcoal grills and picnic tables, all backed up by a lush natural wooded area.

A few minutes’ drive to the west of Coral Falls will bring you to the City of Naples, with some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Here you will find a wide range of opportunities for golfing, fishing, water sports and fine dining. Here, too, is lovely Olde Town Naples with its fine shops and art galleries.

Drive a few minutes south of Coral Falls and you are on Marco Island. Here you will find a natural 3-mile crescent beach, considered by many to be a sheller’s paradise. Marco Island too, is home to many shops and fine restaurants.

You may want to watch the sun set over the famous Naples or Marco Island beaches while slip your favorite adult beverage.

A short distance east brings you to the heart of the Everglades, Florida’s unique environmental habitat. You may wish to take an air-boat ride, or take to the boardwalk to view alligators and other wildlife. This is a great area for bird watching.

We are refreshing and updating the apartment in March/April 2024.

A new HVAC was installed for your comfort.

We are adding a new kitchen cabinet for additional storage, replacing the old kitchen cabinet doors, updating the kitchen lighting, replacing the sink and plumbing fixtures and adding a tile backsplash and custom granite counter tops.

Kitchen cabinets refreshed and granite counter tops and kitchen lighting were installed the week of March 25, 2024. We also installed new kitchen sink and plumbing fixture. Finally we added a bright and clean white subway tile back splash, a new tile floor in the shower of the master bath room and lighting in both showers.

In mid April, we removed the old bathroom vanities and out dated mirrors. New vanities with granite tops and under-mount sinks and matching faucets were ordered. Hopefully, this work will be completed by the end of May 2024.

We are hoping to install new luxury vinyl flooring throughout the condo.

At this time, we can accept single week rentals in December 2024 and January 2025. Please note single week rentals will run from Saturday to Saturday.
