Coral Falls Resort is in Lely Development and a 15 minute drive to both Naples and Marco Island beaches, offers lovely pool/hot tub facilities, near three grocery stores, restaurants, beautiful, public golf courses, and world-class Pickleball courts. We are part of Lely Resort complex. Each unit has 2 bedroom/2 bathroom overlooking the pool/spa area with its 3 Chickee huts, charcoal grills and picnic tables, all backed up by a lush natural wooded area.

A few minutes’ drive to the west of Coral Falls will bring you to the City of Naples, with some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Here you will find a wide range of opportunities for golfing, fishing, water sports and fine dining. Here, too, is lovely Olde Town Naples with its fine shops and art galleries.

Drive a few minutes south of Coral Falls and you are on Marco Island. Here you will find a natural 3-mile crescent beach, considered by many to be a sheller’s paradise. Marco Island too, is home to many shops and fine restaurants.

You may want to watch the sun set over the famous Naples or Marco Island beaches while slip your favorite adult beverage.

A short distance east brings you to the heart of the Everglades, Florida’s unique environmental habitat. You may wish to take an air-boat ride, or take to the boardwalk to view alligators and other wildlife. This is a great area for bird watching.

We are refreshing the kitchen in March/April 2024.

We are adding a new cabinet for additional storage, replacing the old kitchen cabinet doors, updating the kitchen lighting, replacing the sink and plumbing fixtures and adding a tile backsplash and custom granite counter tops.

Hopefully, in the fall, October/November 2024, we will refresh both bathrooms with new vanities, counters, sinks, plumbing fixtures, tiling the master shower floor and adding new fans and lights in the showers. We are also planning to install new luxury vinyl flooring throughout the condo.

The work has begun.

Kitchen cabinets refreshed and granite counter tops installed the week of March 25, 2024. We also installed new kitchen sink and fixture. Finally we added a white subway tile back splash goes and a new tile floor in the shower of the master bath room. We moved up the bathroom lighting and tile work because we had a rental cancellation.

In mid April, we removed old bathroom vanities. New vanities with granite tops and under-mount sinks and matching faucets were ordered.

At this time, we have not opened the 2025 rental calendar to single week rentals. Please note single week rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Kindly check back in November.
