Rented this condo for 2 months, Jan and Feb 2024, and enjoyed very much our first time in Naples as snowbirds from NY. The view from the screened in lanai is over the heated pool to the 10th green of the Hibiscus Golf Club with some beautiful sunsets beyond that. Highly recommend Mulligans at Hibiscus for Happy Hour drinks and menu as well as many other restaurants and activities in the area. Grocery shopping is very close by and condo parking is assigned and convenient to the entrance. The unit is on the 2nd floor accessible by elevator or stairs and the bldg is in a lovely residential neighborhood nice for taking walks or bike rides. We were able to host family during our stay with the extra bedroom and bathroom as well as the full size laundry in the unit. It's a short ride into the city of Naples, Tin City restaurants/shopping/fishing/boat tours, the awesome gulf beaches, and Marco Island. The grandkids loved the pool, the Naples Zoo, nearby parks, and miniature golf in the area. The owner, Brian, was great to work with, very responsive, and helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely rent this unit again.

We rented this place for a short pre-holiday get away. Fantastic for families. Extremely clean, everything in the apartment is new. The screened-in patio overlooking the pool was perfect as we were able to get out of the sun and still watch the kids swim. Beds were great and the location is excellent. Short drive to downtown Naples and all of its attractions/beaches. No complaints at all. Brian the host/owner was very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed for a month last winter and had a lovely time. It is in a very nice area of Naples and close to the beach. The condo was clean, well kept and very homey. The owner was really helpful and flexible with our dates. Very responsive. The pool looked small online but was nicer in person. Very quiet building. I originally wanted a gated community in this area, but didn’t miss it once we got there.
