Area Information
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.

All rental rates are inclusive 11.5% taxes,
House cleaning: 170.00 EUR incl. 11.5 % Tax (without grill cleaning)
Minimum rent is 7 nights, at Christmas/New Year and Eastern season 14 nights.
Last minute and further specially offers available.
House damage deposit: 700.00 EUR
Security Deposit increases by 150.00 EUR per additional week at rentals over 21 nights.

Non-smoking Villa, smoking allowed only on the terrace

Pet final cleaning fee 200.00 EUR incl. 11.5 % Tax

We are a family of six, and visit Florida twice per year. This home was one the overall best we have stayed at in several years. The spacious living area off the kitchen has a beautiful view of the pool and canal though glass sliders which lead to the outside eating area. The inside was very clean and provided plenty of pool towels, kitchen utensils, and everything needed for a long stay. The home is situated in an upscale neighborhood and felt safe. The rental company and management were very responsive and easy to work with. If available, we will likely stay here again in the future. We loved this home and would highly recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

We have rented this property for a 2 weeks vacation and had a great time. Our son that is 7 years old kept telling us that was the best vacation home we have ever stayed in. That tells everything. Great location, nice home with a good layout, can accommodate a larger family. I would make just a small recommendation to the owner to upgrade the internet modem or router as it is really slow , almost unusable . I would stay again and I would recomand it to friends.
