You can only feel comfortable in this villa with living room, kitchen with open dining area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms plus powder room.
From the pool terrace you have a wonderful view of the quiet canal. A dining table, as well as a cozy lounge set, and deck chairs invite you to relax and enjoy the Florida sun.
Furthermore, there is also a boat dock, suitable for separate rental of a motorboat or just for sunbathing.
Also bicycles, as well as two golf sets are available in the villa.

A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.
