Our second floor condo in Coral falls, Lely, Naples has a bright and spacious feel, beautiful views and has all your needs for your home away from home while. The building is equipped with an elevator, as well as two separate stair cases. The primary suite sleeps two in its King size bed. The EnSuite bathroom is double sinked, walk in spacious shower as well as an oversized walk in closet for all your storage needs for luggage, etc. The bedroom also has a TV with cable connected, two dressers and your own access to the lanai. The second bedroom which is located at the front of the condo has two very comfortable twin beds, a desk and a closet as well. The kitchen is a 4 appliance open concept kitchen with a bar top and stools, all the necessities for preparing and cooking full meals, as well as a starter kit for your dishwashing/garbage needs. It comes with all small appliances as well such as coffee maker, toaster, blender. The dining/living room is bright and beautifully decorated with a costal beach theme. It has a large dining table that seats 4, and a Sofa and Lazy-boy recliner that also seats 4. With throw cushions and lounge blankets you will be sure to enjoy evenings in when you're not out on the town.

Coral Falls is perfectly located between Marco Island Tiger Tail beach and the Naples Pier in the community of Lely Resort, only 13 minutes from either. It is walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, a Publix and gym. Lely Resort is known for its lush landscapes, manicured lawns and spacious lots. You can enjoy many walks through the beautiful Spanish style community of Ole which is right beside Coral Falls, on their winding wide sidewalks. Coral Falls is also a small dog friendly community with stations equipped with disposable bags and garbage cans all throughout.

Naples is a prestigious luxury holiday vacation destination. Naples famous 5th Ave is only an 8 Mile drive away where you can delight in many beautiful restaurants, shops and evening events that it holds. Keep your eye out for the Ferrari's, Rolls Royces and Bentleys that line the street. There are many different beaches such as Vanderbilt beach, Lowdermilk park, Naples Pier and South beach in Marco, as well as different shopping and dining areas like Mercato, Venetian Bay and Waterside shops. Coral Falls is also very close to the Everglades, which is home to Everglade city, rich in History. There are Airboat tours, Nature preserves and walks such as the Corkscrew Sanctuary, Bakers park and Gordon River Trail, as well as State parks within an hour drive.
