My husband and I relocated to Cape Coral in 2004 from Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. I am an Assistant Principal for a Cape Coral high school and my husband is in the HVAC business.

Why this property? This is a very special community where the owners and residents meet at the pool for cocktails and conversation.

Great location; Spacious

This condo is in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to all the action of downtown Cape Coral. Everything you need is minutes away. The condo itself is spacious; plenty of space to spread out in, and well-appointed. We loved the lanai, just steps away from the pool. Also just steps away from the assigned parking spot, which makes it very easy to haul in groceries, luggage, etc. Beth is very accessible and responds quickly to any questions. She & Pedro were so friendly and welcoming; we immediately felt comfortable and "at home" in our "home away from home" for the month. We have already booked for next year!
