Plenty of room for two families. We love having our boat out back at the dock and being able to access lots of great day excursions. The family room and pool area was where we spent most of our time. Great layout and perfect for family to hang. House has everything you would need! Will be back for sure

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Cape Coral. It was exactly as described—and even exceeded our expectations. Thoughtful touches throughout the house made it feel like home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there were plenty of towels for everyone. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub. Jackie was fantastic—her communication was prompt, helpful, and above and beyond. We would absolutely stay here again!

There were a total of 9 of us who stayed at this location on York and it was nothing short of amazing. There were four kids who were obsessed with the pool and wanted to go in as soon as the sun came up. We spent so much time lounging in the living room on the huge comfy couch. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances to cook and bake. The spice cabinet was fully stocked. We enjoyed how big the island was as well. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for celebrating the Fourth of July. There were a ton of floats and vests for the kids. They had the best fluffy towels. So many towels!! Let’s not forget about the table tennis and the basketball nets in the garage. We had a blast and will definitely be coming back. Jackie was an incredible host. 10/10 would reccomend.

This is a great house for large groups. We stayed for 4 nights with a group of 12, three couples and our six kids all 12-14. We were very comfortable and felt very welcomed by Jackie and Doug. The house is very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We cooked, and grilled every night and swam in the pool. The huge wrap around couch was perfect for movie night. We rented a 29' foot boat and had no problem parking it at the dock and access to the river was easy and straightforward. We'd recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Cape Coral area. Thank you to Jackie and Doug for being excellent hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jackie's place on York! We have a large family with 4 teenagers and also 3 children under 10, and we stayed comfortably with my inlaws here as well. I was a little concerned with our 2 year old near the pool, but he couldn't open the doors to the outside and the child-safety fence around the pool was great! All the pool toys were a bonus, and the hottub was a hit! The kitchen was wonderful, we ate at home almost every meal. We all had towels, chairs and plenty of beach toys for Sanibel. If we come back to Cape Coral, we'd love to stay again!

Highly recommend this home. Brand new, very clean, and very spacious. Home was stocked with anything you need for a great location. We had our boat at the house during our stay and traveled all over the area from the home. Quick, easy ride to the river and out to the Gulf. Jackie was also very easy to communicate with and helpful with proactive tips and answering any questions. Would definitely stay again in the future.

We had an amazing time here—no one wanted to leave! The home was modern, spotless, relaxing, and in a perfect location—close to downtown, the beach, and plenty of shopping. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made meals easy. There was so much to do right at the house—pool, hot tub, bikes, and more—that we hardly needed to go anywhere to keep everyone entertained. Even with six kids (ages 1 to 11!), everyone was happy. The kids basically lived in the pool while the adults camped out on the back patio.And the customer service? Truly top-notch. Friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. We're heading back to Michigan now, and not a single person is excited about it—thanks to you!Thanks again for everything!

If I could give Jackie and her home more than a 5-star rating, I’d do it in a heartbeat! This home and everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. Jackie is an amazing host — responsive, kind, helpful, and simply just wants all of her guests to have an amazing experience (and that’s what you’ll get!). This home is absolutely gorgeous, the decor and the comfortability of what’s inside make you feel right at home, and the pool/hot tub area is incredible! MORE THAN HAPPY with this place. Clean. Comfy comfy couch! Everything was thought of. Host responded ALWAYS and very helpful and friendly. Peaceful home. Quiet roads. Never had trouble with pool. It was beautiful! Been to many ABB and this one was pristine!! Lots of towels,beach towels, cooler for the beach, beach chairs,WONDERFUL outdoor furniture for lounging. Everyone loved the beds! Not too soft and not too hard. Safety fence around pool if small children. Kitchen lacked nothing. Crockpot, griddle, waffle maker, NINJA blender was awesome for smoothies and drinks, lots of pots &pans, salad spinner, cupboard full of many spices. This place was FABULOUS! Would FOR SURE stay here again.

Fabulous family vacation in a beautiful home in Cape Coral, FL! Positive: The house was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was great! There was plenty of room for our family of 9. We spent hours out on the lanai and in the pool and spa. Very enjoyable week!! Thank you, Jackie! Negative: Everything was pretty perfect, but if we have to mention anything it would be not having direct control over the house temperature and the pool temperature. There were a couple of hiccups, but Jackie was amazing to work with and resolved our issues immediately.

A dream home for vacation! Positive: First off, shoutout to Host Jackie, She was amazing and ALWAYS available. Hurricane Milton was blowing in and Jackie was in constant contact. She alerted us to Florida warnings to keep us updated. Sadly, the second day we realized we had to evacuate by the next morning. Jackie was kind enough to want us to be safe and did not charge us for the days we could not stay.It was an absolutely beautiful NEW home with SO many amenities. Plenty of space and storage.The details were incredible. Two rooms have bunk beds and each bed has its own small shelf with an outlet! The large kitchen included plenty of dishes, utensils, even a huge drawer of coffee pods

Superior Amenities!

We had an amazing stay at this rental property! The location couldn't have been better—just minutes away from fantastic restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and with easy access to Fort Myers. The house was spacious, impeccably clean, and had some of the most comfortable furniture and beds we've ever experienced in a rental. The amenities were beyond our expectations—everything we could possibly need was provided, including plenty of towels and supplies, plus a few thoughtful extras that really made a difference. The host was also extremely responsive, always quick to reply and made sure all our needs were met immediately. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. This property blew every other rental we've stayed in out of the park! We would highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back!

Highly recommend renting with Jackie! The house itself is gorgeous and super clean. It was also super well stocked with everything you could want in the kitchen plus plenty of towels, beach chairs, coolers, board games, toiletries and even simple things like garbage bags and toilet paper that most rentals don't give more than one or two of (if any). The pool area was amazing with a ton of seating and pool toys. The kids loved all of the stuff in the garage - the ping pong table, kayaks and Surrey were huge hits with our families! Jackie was also amazing and helpful! She was responsive and answered all of my questions both before and during our stay. We will definitely be renting with Jackie again in the future if we have the opportunity!

We stayed in Cape Coral as we were traveling for a Hockey showcase that was being held at the Hertz arena. Jackie was awesome. We had three families together in the house and everyone had plenty of space. Pool was used lots and the kids really enjoyed the accommodations.

Perfect getaway!

My family of 5 flew in and met up with my brother and his family of 5 for a three-night getaway. It was absolutely PERFECT. The home was beautiful, spacious enough for all 10 of us, and had so many amenities that the six kids loved! They pretty much lived in the pool, but the games on the wall, ping pong in the garage and hook game outside made for the best time just spending time with each other. Jackie was a communicative and gracious host, and we will definitely stay there again if in the area!

Couldn’t have asked for more…very roomy, and well equipped. Plenty of room for large groups both inside and outside. Lots of games and activities to keep everyone entertained. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were very clean and nicely equipped with great showers and the Master soaker tub. Hot tub and pool got a lot of use from early morning to late night. I am hoping to return again because the house was very relaxing and Jackie wanted to make sure that the house met our expectations. Thanks again Jackie!!!!

Our group can’t say enough great things about this place! It was perfect for our families traveling together; 3 master (king) beds, each with their own bathroom and bunk rooms for kids. There was so much to do at the house that we could have never left but yet close to many activities, we wanted to go explore! The pool and spa were wonderful plus we put the kayaks to good use. The local beach and The Boathouse are a must! The house had all the amenities listed so no need to pack extra when staying here. The host, Jackie, was very responsive, welcoming, and gave great recommendations; she genuinely wanted us to have the best time! We will definitely be back!
